Dr. 阿莉莎一个. 佩雷斯 is a pulmonologist who cares for patients living with cystic fibrosis (CF), an inherited condition that damages the lungs and other organs. She provides pre- and postsurgical care for patients undergoing lung transplantation.
佩雷斯的研究, which is supported by the Cystic Fibrosis Therapeutics Development Network, focuses on conducting clinical trials (studies with human volunteers) of new CF treatments.
佩雷斯 earned her medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University and completed a residency in internal medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
